Scientific expertise at national and international levels
The list of activities and responsibilities is not exhaustive but gives some examples
2009-2022: Expert for the French Ministry of Research and Innovation, International Mission of Expertise, evaluation of international bilateral and networking projects. More than 200 interdisciplinary international projects were evaluated during this long period.
2012: Contribution as an expert to the strategic plan of the French Ministry of Research and Innovation targeting the R&D with a cluster of developed countries in Asia: South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore
2021: Member of the Panel and Scientific Expert for the 2021 Delta Science Awards – California Sea Grant (https://caseagrant.ucsd.edu/).
2014: Invited keynote speaker by the Delta Science Program and the UC Davis Center for Aquatic Biology and Aquaculture (CABA) to open the Science Synthesis Seminar: Lower Food Web Dynamics in California’s Bay-Delta Ecosystem, Current understanding and future interactions in a changing landscape, UC Davis, CA (USA), Feb, 18, 2014.
2002-2019: Responsible of International Relations for the department Marine Station of Wimereux and Laboratory of Oceanology and Geosciences, and actively involved in the International activities at the University Level (signing MOU with different countries in Europe, Asia and North America)
Scientific Expert and Reviewer for proposals for several international universities and funding agencies (European Research Council, NSF USA, Academia Sinica, National Taiwan University, France-Québec Institute for the Scientific Cooperation devoted to Maritime sector, etc.)
Active scientific collaborations with several countries around the world.
